Westward Bound

The Shady Dell RV Park in Bisbee, Arizona. A New York City fashion magazine wrapped up a photo shoot the day we arrived. Dusty as a true ‘trailer park’ should be but entertaining. The remote owners live in Fairbanks, Alaska, where he is a mortician. Quiet (next to an old cemetery), great weather.

Bisbee’s claim to fame — the Copper Queen open pit mine.

Saguaro cactus everywhere and directly behind us is Tucson sprawl.

Civano, suburban living in Tucson without MacMansions. Very nicely done albeit it felt like it was halfway to New Mexico. Small, modest homes. Alleys with garages, front porches.

Joshua trees outside Palm Springs. Tomorrow we head back to San Francisco.
